This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding missed appointments or cancellations for services scheduled through our Concierge transportation service. By booking with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any fees. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and accommodate other clients.
Missed Appointments
A missed appointment, defined as failure to be present at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation Fees
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, a fee of 50% of the total fare will be charged.
For missed appointments (no notice given), the full fare will be charged.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a legitimate emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible waivers of fees at our discretion.
Refunds
Any fees incurred through cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.
